Project Islington
The project in Islington involved a full internal and external refurbishment with an added rear extension. The house has been fully rewired with the most advanced safety standards employed, and fitted with a 4-zone central heating system for maximum heat efficiency. The lower ground floor has been fitted with an overlaid underfloor heating system, enhancing the overall experience in the winter months. The layout has undergone dramatic changes, so that three bathrooms and a food hoist lift could be added to the existing rooms. The ground floor has been kept mostly unchanged, apart from a comprehensive renovation effort. The main stairwell has also been renovated, ensuring all the latest safety standards are maintained while only slightly retouching the look of the staircase that compliments the home’s decor. The project was finished off with bespoke furniture designed and fitted by us.
