West Kensington Refurbishment and renovations
This apartment in West Kensington underwent a complete makeover. We completely replaced the entire electrical installation and updated the fuse board to the latest model. The kitchen and hallway received new lighting to make them brighter than before. The boiler was fully serviced and commissioned, while the kitchen and bathroom received new plumbing systems. The kitchen introduced an interesting challenge, as we needed to find a way to build cabinets around the chimney breast. The bathroomwas completely redesigned . We also replaced all the skirtings and prepared the sub floors for carpeting. All wooden sash windows in the apartment were serviced, their weights and cords replaced with new ones, and we also fitted in new draft excluders. The apartment was fully redecorated using Farrow and Ball paints. The project was completed within 12 weeks. We are very proud of the results and gained another happy client.
